FAQ
Books are usually printed and ready by late June or early July. You can always reference the previous year's book for an idea of different classes and activities, just know they are subject to change once the new book is published. Always reference the current year's book before bringing entries to the fair.
The Fall Fair is open to anyone who wants to visit or enter. You do not need to be local to the area. We have something for everyone!
No, camping and parking are on a first come first serve basis only. Camping opens on Thursday of the Fair weekend at 5pm. Occasionally we open sooner if we have available volunteers. We will update our social media pages if we open before Thursday.
Bench exhibits can be picked up at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, they will not be released earlier.
A bench exhibits are Grains & Forage, Flowers & Foliage, Home Canning, Home Baking, Dairy & Poultry Produce, Fruits & Vegetables, Handicrafts, Artwork, Photography and Junior Exhibits.
Bench exhibits are accepted Friday of Fair weekend from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Animal exhibits vary, please refer to the specific animal category in the book for details, or reach out the chairperson.
Please see our tip here: HOW TO ENTER BENCH EXHIBITS
For the safety of our animals and exhibitors no dogs are permitted on the fairgrounds unless registered to compete or a service animal.
If camping you may have your dog at your campsite but they must remained leashed at all times and stay within the confines of your campsite.
*Because of the short change in policy for the 2024 Fall Fair if a day pass customer comes with their dog they will be permitted entry, but will be limited on where they are allowed with their dog. Restricted areas include but are not limited to all animal exhibit areas, tents and exhibit buildings. In 2025 day pass customers will no longer be permitted to bring their dogs on the grounds unless it is a service animal or a registered competitor.*
We are cash only at the gate. Once you are inside the grounds there is an ATM on site.
