Camping Rules
❖ Check in opens at 3:00 pm on Thursday, before the Fair and is on a first come, first serve basis.
❖ The cost is $40 for the weekend plus wristbands and is payable at the gate. Please post your camping pass on your camping unit.
❖ One vehicle only may be parked in your camping area. Please park additional vehicles in the general public parking area.
❖ There is a full bathroom and pay showers available on the main grounds.
❖ Quiet hours in the camping area are between 11:00pm and 6:00 am. All visitors are to leave by 11:00 pm before the gate is closed. Please ensure that no equipment or generators are operating during these quiet hours.
❖ There is no power, water or sewer amenities available in the campground.
❖ Liquor consumption is permitted at your campsite, but prohibited everywhere else on the grounds.
❖ Bicycles are not permitted on the grounds at any time.
❖ Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Please use the sand pails provided for your butts.
NO CAMPFIRES OR OPEN FLAMES PERMITTED
Only closed BBQ units and camp stoves please. (If you are unsure, check with the main office or security before using)
PETS
Pets must stay within your campsite area. They must remain on a leash or in a kennel at all times. Pets are not permitted to be on the exhibitions grounds. Please keep your pet under control at all times and clean up after them. See our full pet policy for 2024 under the FAQ.
MAINTAINING SAFETY & EMERGENCY ACCESS
❖ Please follow the directions of the parking attendants.
❖ ATV, UTV and golf carts are only permitted for registered volunteer staff and special permits for disabled visitors may be approved by registering at the office for a permit.
❖ Horses & riders are not permitted past the cattle barns or in the campsites at any time.
❖ The area is patrolled by security and Fall Fair volunteers. Please be respectful and follow their directions. Vehicles parked in a roadway or undesignated areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
