In these Conditions the term “Vendor” means the signatory of this application and includes all employees or agents of such. The term “Management” means North Peace Fall Fair Society and the North Peace Fall Fair Society’s Vendor Coordinator. "Owner" means Peace River Regional District. 2. No subletting of any kind is permitted. There is only one vendor/company per booth that has been approved on your application. Anyone found subletting their booth will be removed from the Fair and not permitted at any future Fairs and no refunds will be issued. 3. Management reserves the right to reproduce all photographs, images and likenesses taken during the show for future promotional purposes. 4. The Vendor will be liable for and will indemnify and hold harmless Management from any loss or damages whatsoever suffered by Vendor as a result of any loss or damages whatsoever occurring to, or suffered by, any person or company, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing: Vendor, other vendors, Management, the Owner of the buildings and their respective agents, and employees, and members of the public attending the show, either on the said space or elsewhere if said damages arose from or were in any way connected with Vendor’s occupancy of said space. 5. Vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance in the amounts as set out in the Vendor Handbook. 6. Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property of the Vendor. 7. Management reserves the right to cancel this contract and withhold possession of booth space if the Vendor fails to perform any material condition of this contract or refuses to abide by the fair rules and regulations, in which case the Vendor shall forfeit all space rental payments made and any further occupancy of such space. 8. Management reserves the right to alter or change space assigned to the Vendor. As such, it is advised not to advertise a specific booth location prior to the event. 9. Management reserves the right at any time to alter or remove exhibits, or any part thereof, including printed materials, products, signs, lights, or sound, and to expel Vendors and/or their personnel if, in Management’s opinion, their conduct or presentation is objectionable to Management or other show participants. 10. No pets, or live animals are permitted without written consent of Management. 11. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. 12. The use of alcohol and cannabis are strictly prohibited. 13. Promotional material or products are strictly prohibited outside the confines of your exhibit space. Encroachment over the booth line into walkways or roadways is not permitted. Vendors will be expected to ensure products are placed within the booth perimeter. 14. All vendors must adhere to all safety requirements set forth by Northern Health, North Peace Fall Fair Society, and Peace River Regional District. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the Fair and participation in any future markets at the Fair. 15. All food vendors must provide proof of current permits and certifications prior to the event. 16. NO REFUNDS if a vendor is non-compliant with North Peace Fall Fair Society, Peace River Regional District, or Northern Health. 17. Payment is due no later than July 15th however, to secure early bird pricing please refer to dates/schedule in the Vendor Handbook. 18. Please review the Vendor Handbook for detailed rules, regulations and expectations of our Fair Vendors. This application in no way implies or guarantees that a space will be offered to you.
